At For Keeps Screen Print & Embrodiery, we offer a variety of different services. In a nut shell, we specialize in Embroidery and screen printing. However, we also offer graphic design serves – if you have an idea, we can help to make it a reality! We also provide custom promotional services, including items from top brands such as Nike, Adidas, Yeti, etc.
We are located in Toronto, Ontario at 1195 St. Claire Avenue West.
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Screen Printing
Typically our minimum is 12. We are a bulk order shop. However, if you have more questions – depending on the type of item you are ordering, the minimum quantities may vary. It’s always best to send us an email or give us a call to double check before placing an order.
If you can dream it, we can pretty much screen print it! Whether you’re looking for a t-shirt, hoodie, bag, etc. Most apparel pieces can be screen printed on. As always, if you’re looking for something unique and aren’t sure, it’s best to get in touch with us and we can make recommendations based on budget and timeline.
Typically, we prefer vector format files. Such as a PDF, or Ai file. If you don’t have access to these, we can work with you to recreate any artwork to ensure the highest quality of print. Depending on the size of the order, this may be subject to additional charges.
Our screen printing process is roughly 14 days. However, as seasonal fluctuations occur, this could be longer or shorter! As we are a made-to-order shop, we often don’t stock a ton of items on hand. Of course, we will work with you to provide you with the most accurate turn around time as possible once your order is placed.
We can provide you with a sample of the item if you are curious to see what it would look like before we place a larger order. This may be subject to additional cost if no order is placed or changed. It’s always best to get in touch with us for questions like this – we want to make it as smooth as possible, we will always do whatever we can to make sure your happy with the end result!
Embroidery
Our standard minimum is 12 units for embroidery. However, we can make some exceptions. As always, it’s best to send us an email or give us a call to discuss your project and the scope to get an accurate quote. Less than minimum would be subject to an additional fee.
Almost anything can be embroidered! It’s a long lasting and durable solution to keep your design looking great! Baseball caps, hoodies, jackets, sweaters, toques, etc. can all be embroidered. If you have something in mind and aren’t’ sure whether you should embroider or screen print, it’s always best to get in touch with us via email or give us a call to discuss.
The file format used for embroidery is a DST file. Not everyone will have a DST file and that’s totally okay! If you have a vector file such as an Ai or PDF, we can always create a DST file for you. This may be an additional charge. However, once we create this file – it is yours!
Our embroidery process typically takes 14-21 days. This can vary depending on the season and product availability.

Our minimum order quantity is 12, allowing us to offer efficient and high-quality production for every order.
Yes, we offer sample prints upon request. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll arrange a sample for you.
Typically, orders are completed within 14-21 days from the time the design is approved. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
